3. Course enrollment
Enrollment grants a license to access content for personal, non-commercial use. We may set prerequisites to ensure readiness.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed via third-party providers. Live cohorts: full refund up to 7 days before start. On-Demand: refund within 7 days if under 20% completed.
5. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, or dishonest evidence practices.
- No unauthorized recording or redistribution of course content.
- No attempts to interfere with platform integrity or security.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by Dialogis or its instructors. You receive a limited license; no resale or public distribution without permission.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific competition results; outcomes depend on effort and context.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialogis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may cancel at any time; certain rights survive termination.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Dialogis is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
